During our initial chat, we’ll get to know each other, learn about your career goals and challenges, and determine if we’re the right fit.
2. Work toward your goals.
Depending on your services and goals, we’ll schedule coaching calls and provide drafts and relevant materials as necessary.
3. Walk away with a strategy.
We’ll ensure you have everything you need to feel confident about your next steps. Coaching clients may renew for another 3 months.

Do you match and place clients with jobs?
No, we do not find and place you in jobs as we do not provide head-hunting or recruiting services. We will teach you how to job search effectively and look out for those that are a good fit as well as red flags.
Do you guarantee results?
We do not guarantee that you will get the job if you work with us—after all, every individual and interview is different! We will share as much of our knowledge and resources with you as possible and set you up with a career strategy and clarity. While this is a very collaborative partnership, we do not do the work FOR you.
This is a process and an investment, but most of all, it’s an experience. You get out of it what you put into it!
